BM Holdings has been active in the energy market since its nascence. The Ben Shach family began its involvement in the gas and petrol market as far back as the 1950s, and the energy sector is at the
heart of the group’s activities to this day. Among other things, the group owns 4% of oil company Paz,
holds and manages oil recycling, industrial energy, and petrol companies, and invests in various tech companies in the fields of energy and clean tech around the world.

the Paz Group is Israel’s leading energy corporation and a leader in the Israeli market. Paz provides one third of Israel’s petrol and is Israel’s only energy group to have its own refinery. At the end of 2006 it became a public company traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
BM Holdings holds 4% of Paz shares.
MDD BELL is an oil recycling company based in Belarus. The company collects and recycles waste oils from the auto and industry sectors. The company has over 60 employees and operates out of Minsk.
GASNGO (formerly PetraTech) offers solutions for vehicle fleets, based on its proprietary wireless automatic refueling technology. The company is based in Mexico, and most of its developments are patented.
